Frequently asked questions
What is a Session Info Text file?
It's a plain text export from Pro Tools that contains all the track and clip data from your session: timecodes, durations, clip names. You export it via File → Export → Session Info as Text. No Pro Tools plugins or special setup required.
Which cue sheet format will I receive?
We support APRA AMCOS, PRS, ASCAP, and Netflix templates. Let us know which format you need and we'll deliver a fully formatted Excel workbook (.xlsm) ready to submit.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 business days, depending on the complexity of your session. If your session is straightforward and all tracks are from supported libraries, it may be faster.
What if some tracks can't be identified?
If you've included notes about manual entries (e.g. original score), we'll handle them. For anything we're unsure about, we'll contact you before finalising the sheet.
How long is the download link valid?
The download link is active for 7 days after payment. Please download your file within that window. If your link expires, contact us.
Do you offer refunds?
Since the work is only charged when complete, you are not billed until you choose to download. If the delivered sheet is incorrect, contact us and we'll resolve it.
